Liz was the absolute best doula! She was so helpful while we were expecting. Liz came to doctor appointments, helped us get our home ready (including our dogs) and showed me various ways to stay healthy throughout my pregnancy with exercises and diet. After we welcomed our baby girl, she was a tremendous help and made the transition smooth for everyone while equipping me with all the tools and confidence for new motherhood. Liz will always hold a very special place in our hearts and we will absolutely be calling her when it’s time for our family to grow!
